Job-specific English Skills Evaluation
This evaluation consists of an online standard written test, a sample of candidate’s written work (emails etc), speaking skills test and a customised 45-minute interview. The interview includes individually developed work scenarios focusing on the language skills needed to perform your role successfully in English. If you book a 12 /22 hr coaching block, you are automatically tested at the beginning of the training. The outcome then forms the basis for your sessions.
Test Job Candidates and New Hires
You can also arrange for testing of job candidates or newcomers to the company without any commitment to training. The outcome will include a grading on the international CEF Scale below and a detailed profile of competencies based on given job requirements.
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the standard benchmark used internationally to describe language ability. The CEFR describes language ability in a scale of levels from A1 for beginners up to C2 for those who have mastered a language.
During a 20 hr training expect to move up a level on the Common European Framework Scale.
